We take you into the kitchen of one of Auckland’s oldest Chinese restaurants, Pearl Garden- a locals favourite for yum cha- Cantonese brunch. We eat classic Hong Kong cafe fare at Hungry head of french toast and yuen yeung (half coffee and half tea) and share our favourite restaurant for sui mei- Cantonese roast meats, Golden Garden.
